Products & pricing

We try to keep product photos, descriptions, and prices accurate. Prices are shown in SAR and may change without notice. If an error is found after you order, we will contact you before completing the sale.

Orders

  • Orders can be placed on the website or through WhatsApp support
  • We may confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp before shipping
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled

Delivery

We deliver across Saudia Arabia. Typical delivery is about 2–5 working days, depending on your city and courier schedules. We offer free delivery on all orders without exception.

Payment

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. Pay when you receive your order on your threshold.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide a correct name, phone number, and delivery address
  • Be available to receive the parcel
  • Inspect the product before paying when Open Parcel is offered

Intellectual property

Store content, branding, and product imagery on Mahara are protected. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

Mahara is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect customer addresses, or events outside our reasonable control. Our liability related to any order is limited to the value of that order.
